Copied terms promise things you do not do and leave out things you do."]},{"heading":"ANPC and dispute resolution","body":["Shops selling to consumers in Romania display the ANPC information on alternative dispute resolution (SAL), usually as a pictogram in the footer that links to ANPC's complaints platform. The exact model and placement are set by ANPC order, so take the current version from anpc.ro.","The EU's online dispute resolution platform (SOL, or ODR) was shut down on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. The SOL banner and link that many shops still carry are no longer required and can come off."]},{"heading":"Privacy, cookies and data","body":[["A privacy policy that describes what your shop actually collects, why, for how long and who it shares it with (courier, payment processor, accountant). GDPR applies to every shop.","Consent before any non-essential cookie is set: analytics, advertising, social pixels.
